The day-to-day management of the city government operations for the City of Redwood Falls is the responsibility of the City Administrator who is also charged with implementing the City Council’s public policy directives.

The Director of Finance & Administrative Services is responsible for the preparation, implementation, and management of the city budget and all financial matters over city government.  This includes budget forecasting, budgetary planning, debt management, and auditing. Other services offered through this department include investments, public property inventory, property assessment records, utility billing, elections, human resources, insurance, licenses and permits, and records and document maintenance.
