Grant funds are still available to provide 0% interest housing repair loans to income eligible homeowners living within the Small Cities Development Program target area. As of August 1, 2021, the target area has been expanded to include Target Area “B”. Funds are also available to provide commercial rehabilitation loans to property owners within the commercial target area.
