Affidavits of candidacy may be filed for a two-week period beginning July 30, 2024, and ending August 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., for the following City elected offices:
- Ward 1 Council Member                   4-year term
- Ward 2 Council Member                   4-year term
- At-Large Council Member                 4-year term
Candidate Eligibility:
- Eligible voter.
- At least 21 years old.
- A resident of the City of Redwood Falls 30 days prior to November Election and live within the Ward they want to represent.
Any eligible resident interested in filing for these offices may do so at City Hall located at 333 South Washington Street during the filing period and sign an Affidavit of Candidacy and pay a $10 filing fee. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
