NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Redwood Falls will hold a special meeting, on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Redwood Falls City Council Chambers at City Hall, 333 South Washington Street, Redwood Falls, Minnesota.
The purpose of the special meeting is to introduce Redwood Falls City Ordinance No. 96, Fourth Series, titled “An Ordinance Authorizing The Sale of Certain Real Property Located Within The City of Redwood Falls.” Ordinance No. 96, Fourth Series authorizes the sale of real property owned by the City to the Redwood Falls Port Authority. The property proposed to be sold consists of a vacant commercial lot, located at 750 South Dekalb Street, Redwood Falls, Minnesota, (Parcel ID# 88-655-0400) legally described as Lot One (1) of Block Four (4) of the Prairie Knoll Addition to the City of Redwood Falls, according to the recorded plat thereof.
